Welcome to our website. My name is Malcom Thompson and it is an honor to be your Clerk of the Court. If there is anything either myself, or one of our staff can do to assist you in any way, please let us know.

It is our goal to continue to make the Osceola County Clerk of Court’s Office one of the best in the nation. Our staff, and all the members of our team, are dedicated to the Clerk’s Office and to the community we serve.

We have come a long way, but are still raising the level of excellence. As you navigate our website, please review the accomplishments that have been made over the past 2 ½ years. All of this was done with a state-forced 18% budget cut, then a 9% cut. We are now functioning with the same budget we had in 2006. I am very proud of our team. Those changes did not happen overnight.

We are continually looking for ways to providing better customer service through the internet. We presently have E-Recoding. Soon we will have E-Filing, E-Citation and are going to online Tax Deed Sales and Foreclosure Sales.

After reading my bio, our accomplishments, about the team we have in place, and the vision we have for our office, you will have to agree that we are ready for the next four years.
